This was my second time using Next Kevel Detailing. They did an awesome job. I also had them do some color correction and added the 4 year ceramic coating. Totally worth it. They were quick to schedule and kept me up to date with texts and pictures.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I would. As a proud owner of my dream car—a 2021 Mustang GT—I don’t trust just anyone with it. After my experience with Next Level Detailing, I can confidently say I found my detailing shop for life. I brought my Mustang in for a sun strip on the windshield, a full interior and exterior detail, and a ceramic coating with a 4-year warranty, and the results absolutely exceeded my expectations. My car honestly looks better than the day I bought it. One of the biggest perks was their partnership with Enterprise Rental Car, which made leaving my car for the two days it needed completely stress-free. That convenience alone speaks volumes about how much they value their customers’ time. The customer service was truly second to none. Melissa is, without question, customer service extraordinaire. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered every question, and made me feel like my car mattered just as much to her as it does to me. Spencer took the time to write up a quote that fit exactly what I wanted. He listened to my goals, respected my budget, never tried to oversell me, and helped me prioritize what made the most sense financially. Parker went even further by helping me think through future plans for my Mustang. He offered recommendations, discussed the best options for my car, and even volunteered to help me obtain quotes for upholstery repair and a few other cosmetic items I’d like to tackle down the road. That’s the kind of service that builds lifelong customers. I also want to recognize the two technicians who performed the actual work on my Mustang - Colton and Nick; they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every inch of my car. They deserve every bit of the recognition. The moment that truly sealed the deal for me happened when I picked up my car. A severe thunderstorm—with hail and even a tornado warning—was heading directly toward the shop. Although it was already closing time on a Friday evening, the staff immediately offered to let me stay inside until the storm passed. I hadn’t even asked. They simply cared enough to offer. That kind of genuine hospitality and customer care is becoming increasingly rare, and it meant more than they probably realize. Next Level Detailing didn’t just clean my Mustang—they treated it like it was their own. Their professionalism, honesty, communication, craftsmanship, and genuine kindness have earned my business for years to come. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We had an excellent experience with Next Level Detailing in Fort Myers! They tinted our 2026 Tesla Model 3 Premium using XPEL XR+ for maximum heat rejection—perfect for the Florida sun. 👉🏼Doug was our installer, and he was fantastic to work with. Very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly a perfectionist. He took the time to explain the different tint options, how the process works, and what to expect. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. ✨ The quality of both the product and installation is top-notch, and everything is backed by a strong warranty. Since they are certified XPEL installers, the tint itself is fully warrantied through XPEL, which gave us extra peace of mind. 🗣️ Doug also provided very clear aftercare instructions so we know exactly how to handle the tint while it cures and how to clean it properly afterward. The turnaround time was quick—we had the car back within just a few hours and were able to enjoy it right away. ☎️ Highly recommend Next Level Detailing if you’re looking for professional tint work. They also offer PPF and wraps, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

We got the front two windows of our new Genesis tinted with Next Level and the entire process was wonderful! Scheduling was easy, staff was extremely friendly (esp Doug, who did the tinting work on our car), the tint shop was BEAUTIFUL and very clean, everything was great. Will definitely be using them again!! Highly recommend.

Parker and the team at Next Level always do an amazing job on my trucks, but they really knocked it out of the park on my new baby. Parker recommended the XPEL PPF Full Front Package which included the hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, mirrors and pillars. I also had them tint the front windshield, front windows and match the rears. I couldn't believe how damn good this truck looked when I picked it up. Being that it is brand new and only had 160 miles on when I dropped it off to them, how much better could it get.... Well as usual they went above an beyond and it looked better than when I purchased it 2 weeks ago. If you're looking for a detail shop to take care of rides and has a team that treats them like they are their own, look no further, this is the place. I can't forget the girls in the office, they always have the biggest smiles and make you feel right at home. They also keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and send update pictures every step of the way with out you having to call, which you don't find much anymore with businesses in general.
