This review has nothing to do with the way I was treated today. Everyone is super nice. The wait was tolerable. The problem is going to a practice when I know there is something wrong with me, and having it brushed off as allergies. I grew up with allergies, I grew out of them decades ago. I don't have them now, so when I have a sore throat and visual signs of fluid in my ears I want to be "treated" for an infection, not prescribed allergy meds, unless it's with some form of antibiotic that's given in case those things don't work. What you do, by not going this route, is cost your patients more money when you don't cover all of your bases for what's going on. Add to all of this the fact my co-pay was $50.00 instead of $20. $50 is clearly stated on my card for "specialists" Can someone reply and tell me what the Nurse Practitioner I saw is a "specialist" of ( maybe allergies) ? Again, nothing against the staff, or how I was treated. Its just mentally exhausting to have to go through these experiences, and just nod your head and go along with someone's diagnosis, when you know beyond a shadow of a doubt it's not correct. Its a waste of time and money.
The absolute best experience I’ve had. I travel the country for healthcare and need to get these drug screens etc everywhere I go. These were the nicest people, from the front desk girl to ALL the people in the back. I can’t thank them enough. I get sick of doing these, so it helps when they’re so kind. It wasn’t just one kind person, I mean, all of them. That is so rare no matter where you go this day and age.
Got in quick. Was seen quick. They did forget to send in my prescription so two trips to pharmacy. But other than that it was fine
Staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful but the wait is ridiculous! I was a walk-in appointment with only two people ahead of me but it took an hour to be seen then another hour waiting for doctor and nurse...
I needed a last minute DOT physical on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm... after having begged CVS and AFC urgent cares ... they all turned me down and did not care that I would lose my class A license if not done by today... I called these guys... the front desk employee was so sweet and helpful and said they would see me, no problem. I arrived and all was easy from there. Highly recommend!
