Wonder service from phone with customer service to excellence with in person. Very perfesional and polite the gentleman told us what needed to be done and was happy to help our situation we are happy to have excellent people helping us with full trust we will do what advice was offered and hope to seem him again and hope to hear even better news next time. Would continue and always trust Orkin. Best service around.

We have a short term rental (VRBO) place in a country setting with livestock near us. Orkin does a great job. Because it’s not city, we could get more pests but with Orkin we are confident that they keep Mother Nature in check.

GOT WORSE. After the pest control came, we got more ants and I got an ant bite. Today ,Second time when the pest control guy came I asked him that, is it normal to get more ants after the pest control or something wrong. His answer was that how much amount ants we have gotten is not normal , but to have the dead ants is nominal.but I had not only dead ants I had active ants as well. He was telling me that check the patio door and make sure it is sealed well , it could be the reason to bring in these ants. I asked him that the patio door might be not sealed correctly and this could be the reason why I have so many ants. His answer was the apartment is brand new ,nothing wrong. He also statements that he is only working on ants. Pest control doesn’t include bugs. It was hard for me to understand what was his point . He was pretty upset and left. I just wanted to figure out the problem, previous pest control guy was very kind and knowledgeable explaining to me everything, and gave me instructions. Any questions I asked he answered very kindly. This new guy is not a bad person but needs to be more careful what he says. I felt he just doesn’t want to get in the trouble, could not answer the question honestly. I spoke with manager, he was pretty helpful. I hope this time, it won’t be get worse again after they sprayed.

Orkin is three times the annual price of other pest control services. They partially performed a service that I did not request, and did not perform the service that I did sign up for, and charged me for both. I left messages and they did not respond. When I did reach someone, they fought me about making a correction to the error. I do not want people like this near my house.

This Orkin team is fabulous. I texted them early evening next morning. They were out and took care of my situation calling me following up with me and on time very professional I want to thank Mario And Andrew they are the team! Also Ivan he’s a great tech. Very efficient and courteous. Thank you
