I am extremely upset. I had won 9 goldfish with beautiful colors and wanted to get them a setup. I asked an employee for help and what I needed, I bought close to 200 dollars in supplies and when I set everything up, and properly acclimated the fish, they all died. The employee sold me quick start while claiming it was a proper water conditioner when telling me about it, even saying I could add the fish 15 minutes after adding 30ml since i bought a 30 gallon tank. To be safe i waited two hours and did the float method So I did as she told me, and now all 9 are dead due to the fact that quick start doesnt get rid of chlorine and chloromide in the water, do to it NOT being a water conditioner. They dont accept returns for used products either and there was nothing I could do to save the fish. Attached is an image of some of the dead fish I had to angrily scoop out. I may look into escalating the situation

I absolutely love when I go into a store and can talk to employees that actually have experience with fish and reptiles. As an experienced pet keeper, you can tell when someone doesn’t have a clue. I have witnessed so many chain stores sell plecos, goldfish and angel fish to people that only have an aquarium 10-20 gallons. More stores need to start denying sales to people putting large species in small setups. I was proud to be able to witness this denial today. Educating people is key! A+ on their staff.

Bought a fish tank stand combo online. Arrived at the store and got a few more stuff. I was inspecting the tank and noticed that the silicone was not in good condition (it had an excess of it and clearly not a clean work) I asked the cashier if it was ok to get the same fish tank next to it in very good condition and she said yes, now before leaving another guy said I had to get the tank in bad condition or nothing. Imagine paying $500 to get the defective item and not the clean looking one next to it (same measurements and capacity 75 gallons) like buying and new phone and taking the scratched one I had to cancel the order. By the way some of the fish at store has ICK so i definitely don't recommend this location if you are a fish enthusiastic.

I took my dog here for an obedience training consultation with Rita today and I was overwhelmingly impressed! She is so kind and sweet, you can tell she really loves what she does and she’s great at it! She got our dog into a new harness (that I was happy to buy) but she gave us a coupon and it’s absolutely a game changer! Immediate improvement! Thanks so much Rita! We love you! See ya soon! 🤎🦮🧡
