Our new pool is complete and I am so happy we used Pool and Patio Works for this project. Everything from the initial sales process to completion was great. All the various crews that worked on the project, were professional, polite, got the work done in a timely manner, and left the site neat and clean. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. I would highly recommend PPW!
I've had these guys as my pool service for 5 years now and they have been going way down hill. The cutting corners with maintenance before and after they divided their company into this team and Allied. They have a tracking system and I have caught their guys on multiple occasions coming and taking a picture and leaving to sit in their car out front so the tracking software shows them on location for a longer period of time. They have been maintaining my chemicals poorly and my pool has become full of algae multiple times while they are here monitoring weekly. DO Not ever use this company, I have also asked for a bid to update my pool 2-3 times and no one has ever shown up or quoted. There are much better companies in Naples, I would use any other one.
If you are debating building a pool/spa, DO IT! If you are looking for a reputable, honest and communicative contractor, LOOK NO FURTHER! We had been waiting a few years to build our pool and reached out to Pool and Patio Works to see what was feasible for our vision and budget. From the first communication, through drafting with the engineer, to construction and finally the finished product, we could not have asked for a better experience. Pool and Patio Works took our vision along with their expertise and created our dream pool. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build and/or remodel. Wonderful product and wonderful experience.
February 17, 2025 Update: It has been 16 months since the completion of our pool, patio and lanai. I think it is worth mentioning what happens AFTER the pool is turned over, and the company has been paid. Pool and Patio has provided exceptional service both during our one year warrantee, and even after the warrantee expired. A few of the items were settled travertine pavers, a PVC return leak, and stuck valve on the spa. Each request was promptly addressed and repaired within days. This is a small enough business to have access to the owner, but enough experienced staff to do the work professionally. If you're looking for peace of mind this is the pool company. June, 2024: Normally when we select a project of this scale we solicit multiple quotes. Because the pool, spa, patio and lanai are such a critical part of our outdoor Florida living we selected Pool & Patio based on our level of trust. We are so glad we did. They educated us on the entire process, and we worked closely on a custom pool design. We have limited space and used every inch to create a perfect oasis. Pool and Patio delivered a seamless installation experience for us. There were slight adjustments that needed to be made upon completion. Pool & Patio finished the punch list before we had to ask. In the end we couldn't have been happier with the result. Our sliding glass doors open on to the patio, outdoor kitchen and pool to define our home. If you're considering a pool I would highly recommend this company.
If you are looking for a pool contractor, look no further than Travis and his team at Pool and Patio Works. I had reservations about taking on this project but after seeing the finished product, PPW gave my wife and I exactly what we had envisioned. Travis gave us a timeline of when and what would happen throughout the project, and finished the pool when he said they would finish. He was also was very honest and told me what he would, and would not do, rather than just telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. His workers craftsmanship is second to none, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Not to mention, they are very respectful and cleaned up the job site best they could after each days work. I could go on about how please we are, but I will end with this. It is gratifying to finally find a contractor that does what he says he’ll do, in the time he’s says that he’ll do it, within the cost he says it will cost.
