We purchased a new home and needed engineered hardwood flooring throughout the entire house. ProFloors did an excellent job (and we are quite particular). From the start, Cedric and Frank were excellent to work with. They also delivered on their promise to install our flooring with skill and precision. We are very happy and look forward to working with them again!
I recently hired Pro Floor to install new wood flooring and remove a wall in my laundry room, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My project manager, Niel, was incredible from start to finish. He was always available to answer my questions and stopped by frequently to oversee the demolition and installation. Even when I requested changes mid-project, Niel was helpful and accommodating. Niel and Mick are true professionals who take pride in their work and ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. They really live up to their name!
The experience we had with ProFloors has been simply, amazing. Cedric quickly gained our trust, provided great advice, has an incredible attention to detail, and followed through in every regard. The quality and workmanship of our 10" wide Riva wood floors and tile backsplash is outstanding and his team's work has transformed our home. Cedric was a trusted partner whose efforts went far beyond our expectations. I could not give ProFloors a higher recommendation.
We had Pro Floors install oak flooring in 2 rooms and we couldn’t be happier. My wife loves the floors and typically makes at least 1 comment a day on how good they look compared to the carpet. Cedric and his team were professional and respected our property while they removed our carpets and installed the new floor. Cedric visited our house through out the project. In our experience it’s not often you get contractors in your house that are as meticulous and respectful while accomplishing the job. We never felt as if we were just a project but they cared on how it looked and made sure we were happy. We definitely highly recommend Pro Floors and will be using them in our future projects.
My wife and I recently bought a condo in Naples and it was in desperate need of new floors, the building management recommended Pro Floors to us as they had already worked in the building and their contractor license and insurance information was on file. Frank Eckenrode came and gave a quote on the work and it was in line with another quote that we had received earlier. From start to finish Frank answered any and all questions and concerns, he told us what the time line would be and also told us what unforeseen costs could occur. He finished the job at least a full day ahead of schedule and the floor looks amazing. My wife and I highly recommend Pro Floors as we plan on using them next year when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen. A special thanks to Frank, Sam and the demo and install crews for doing a fantastic job.
