I’ve been a patient here for many years now, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a single negative experience with anyone at ProGrin Dental. The entire team is consistent in being professional, friendly, and caring to every person who comes through the door or gives them a call. They always make my visits stress-free and comfortable, and ever since i started going to them, I no longer have the dread of "going to the dentist" haha. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent care to patients. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dependable and welcoming dental practice. You won't be disappointed.

11.25.2025 Third visit. I have teeth that would make you want to slap my dead grandmother. I am having my the last of my bottom teeth removed, along with some boney process ground down. After that, new dentures. While waiting for my first big appt. Infection set in do to bad teeth ( we talked about the earlier). They were more than accommodating. Stayed later than normally scheduled and waited patiently for the numbing to take affect. .. So thankfull! Just finished a pre-check up to look at the previously infected area, question answering, and quick review of what to expect with the next appointment. I will continue to post during this process. But let me say.... So far I feel like I am being heard and respected. 12.2.2025 I have now gone through the teeth and boney process removal as of yesterday. I can't say that it was a pleasure, but they did what they could to help with the anxiety and stresses. There was only one hiccup with my medication prescription that was quickly handled once I gave them a call. March 12 2026... time for the next update.. In short: Dr.Jackson and staff continue to impress me. Need more.. Prior to yesterday's appointment , I had two other visits. Both were to review what had been done, take a look at the healing process, and discuss next steps. Yesterday's appointment was to remove a portion of my lower front gum , that would have been irritated with dentures, and slightly reposition the anchor spots for the lower set of denture. We followed a similar regimen as last time. That finds me taking a nerve relaxing medication the night before so that I can sleep. Taking another one just prior to the visit the next morning so that I can get trough the mental anxiety that consumes all of us who do not love going to the dentist. Finally, after the i.v. and other sharp things, it's smooth sailing. With a scheduling failure on my part (We had to reschedule last minute due to me thinking my 0800 appointment was at 0900 because it was on the ninth) that was graciously handled, and another communication issue in regards to prescription availability that, like last time, was quickly resolved with one phone call .... I would have to say.... Not just Progrin as a whole, but more specifically, Dr. Jackson's staff, And Dr. Jackson himself show Empathy, Respect, and a level of professionalism I hadn't seen in a dentist office before. Understand I have not been endorsed, or coursed into leaving these reviews. I truly feel that Dr. Jackson's staff, and Dr. Jackson himself are deserving of high praise.

They explained everything clearly, and the results of my smile were amazing. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming. My 92 yr old mom has been going to Dr Ayer’s for a long time. She absolutely loves him . He is very personable, kind and takes good care of her. Today, my mom saw Dr Jackson. He was very kind, knowledgeable and handled her with care. I was impressed at his patience and how he explained everything well. Joann , our Dental Assistant, was fantastic. She took her time with mom and put her at ease. I had my baby yorkie with me and she even accommodated her as well. Dr Ayer’s cane in and gave mom a hug and chatted with us for a bit . Great people !

I just had 2 wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Jackson. From the staff at the front, to the consultation, and procedure, this office has been fantastic to work with! I was put under light IV sedation and did not even know that the needle was placed in my arm. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Jackson, and his team!
