I went to refresh MedSpa today and had a great experience, Vanessa did my cheeks with some filler and I feel like a new woman. She did an excellent job and I am very happy with the service. Very comfortable friendly atmosphere. I will definitely go back and they also have a membership program which really makes it convenient to get all the services that you need. It even saves a little bit of money with the membership program way worth it!

I had such a great experience at Refresh Med Spa with Alexia and Vanessa! They are both incredibly skilled and make the whole process feel easy and comfortable. My Botox appointments are always super quick and practically pain-free, which I really appreciate. And the facials are amazing — every time I leave, my skin is glowing and radiant for weeks afterward. They really take their time, explain everything, and make sure you get the best results. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their clients and does beautiful work!

I highly recommend Refresh Medspa. I’ve had a great experience with their team and trust them completely. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments. They take the time to answer questions, explain options, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always feel well cared for and confident in their recommendations. Highly recommend!

I am a few years new to the Cape Coral area, have been to a couple spas for fillers and such and tried Refresh Med Spa for the first time. I have never been Happier with the fillers and Botox I received. I cannot believe what an amazing job I had done AND the Botox….., I was quite nervous about as I’ve had it done many times before and haven’t looked quite ‘normal’ if you know what I mean. I literally could not be happier with the results. Very Natural and Beautiful! Vanessa is my go to! I won’t be seeing anybody else from here on out. I highly recommend this spa, Also, Alexis for electrolysis, as she is amazing too! 😄😄😄

I’m middle aged man, and recent transplant from Atlanta. I moved from a city that had countless 5 star treatment options, and I was concerned about finding quality service in Cape Coral. Well, I am concerned no more! I visited MedSpa 2 weeks ago for Botox. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Venessa, who provided the treatment was amazing, thorough, talented, and no up-selling pressure at all. Venessa and her staff are amazing, more importantly the quality of the treatment was the best I’ve received. If you need treatment, go see the MedSpa team, if you’re going somewhere else, I would switch… they are that good!
