I was referred to Rice Windows and Doors by a friend who had used them to replace her windows after Hurricane Ian. She and her husband had worked with Scott Strolle, so I reached out to him as well. Scott met with me to discuss my options and took initial measurements during our first appointment. I also met with two other local companies, both recommended by friends but I continued to return to Scott with additional questions. He was always prompt, clear, and helpful in every response, whether in person or by email. Ultimately, I chose Rice Windows and Doors and decided to move forward with replacing only the windows at this time. I selected white vinyl windows with PGT glass, which have a beautiful, clean finish. Compared to the aluminum options that felt more industrial, these were exactly the look I wanted. I also appreciated having a showroom where I could see and test the products beforehand. Once I signed the contract, final measurements were taken, and it took only eight weeks for the windows to be manufactured and for the permit to be issued. I had originally planned for a mid‑February installation, but the windows were ready ahead of schedule in mid‑January, so we moved forward. The installation was expected to take two days, but Moe and Jesus worked tirelessly well into the evening and completed everything in just one day. They were kind, professional, and left the workspace spotless. I am thrilled with how beautiful my home looks now. I would highly recommend Rice Windows and Doors to anyone considering new windows for their home.

I expect a high level of professionalism and execution when working with any company—and Rice Windows delivered at every step. From the initial phone call to the estimate, ordering, and final installation, the entire process was seamless. Even the HOA application process, which can often be time-consuming and frustrating, was handled efficiently and without issue. The installation team was outstanding. They treated our home with respect, consistently wore protective coverings, maintained a clean work environment, and were both courteous and professional throughout the project. For context, we previously installed hurricane windows through another company in our community. While their product and team were solid, when we reached out to them for a second project—enclosing our second-floor lanai with impact single-hung windows—their estimate came in at $20,000 higher than Rice Windows. I also gave them the opportunity to match the exact specifications, and they did not follow up. Another company we contacted never returned our call. Both missed a significant opportunity. Rice Windows, on the other hand, was responsive, competitively priced, and delivered exactly what they promised. If you value professionalism, responsiveness, and a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish, you will be very pleased with the entire Rice Windows experience.

We had a great experience with Rice Windows and Doors. They have been extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions and requests. Will worked with us personally, Tyler was quick to get our job scheduled and to let us know when the window was available and Kevin did a great job installing the window. Kevin also worked hard to leave everything clean and in order before he left. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this company.

Rice was a chosen vendor by my builder in home construction. As is typical with new homes, some things aren't right at close and sometimes emerge in warranty period and beyond warranty period. Rice has been an eager partner in making things how they should be. They care greatly about their excellent reputation and the quality of the result they leave with their customers and home purchasers. Outstanding to see and appreciated so much. I've had several interactions with Leo, who was the primary point of contact for repairs and adjustments. This guy is one of a kind. Super knowledgeable, flawlessly clean, and attentive to detail. I really appreciated having him in and working on my home. My experience with Rice has been superb.
