Unfortunately I was hit by a truck in Clearwater about 6 years ago. The wreck caused a lot of pain and ultimately resulted in a cervical fusion. I hired and fired two national law firms over a period of five years. These firms are big on billboards and promises. They did not deliver but only added insult to injury. Then I found Roman Austin law firm. John Austin is nothing but a winner.(As Coach Bryant use to say.) John Austin did a stellar job handling my case and in a short time got me a settlement that I deserved. Don’t be fooled by all the billboards and radio adds. Highly recommend this reputable firm! I fell at an event and had a severe leg injury. I had originally hired Morgan & Morgan who ultimately dropped my case. I then did a Google search and found Roman Austin. I read the reviews and decided to call. They took my case and it ended up being settled and the amount exceeded my expectations. Working with them was great, they always kept me in the loop, called to check on me and called me with updates. I definitely felt appreciated and valued as a client. The attorneys and staff at Roman Austin worked diligently from start to finish to ensure I received the most out of my settlement. Their legal assistants answered every question that I had promptly and were willing to text or hop on a call anytime to make sure I was completely in the loop on the process. Stephanie specifically was so communicative throughout this experience. She is genuinely empathetic and seemed to truly care about easing any anxieties I had. This group is caring and understands that a car accident, for most people, can upend their entire life - it’s not just some little mishap.
