I recently had a pipe burst under the slab and the Roto Rooter team was out within hours for diagnosis / Water Damage Prevention / Remediation. Haley was excellent with scheduling and walking me through the entire process from start to finish. She went the extra mile in getting my job processed along with all the paperwork and it was greatly appreciated. Alejandro and crew did an excellent job ensuring everything was dry and with minimal damage required for the cleanup process. They were incredibly prompt and professional throughout the process. Their transparency was welcome as it gave me the confidence everything was done with the upmost care. The follow-up Repipe job throughout the house was performed by Felipe and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Felipe’s diligence with preparation for the job ensured minimal intrusion into both drywall and existing cabinetry. His tight work is a testament to his professional experience and abilities, it was truly a pleasure to have had the opportunity to watch him work. He is a great person and PHENOMENAL at what he does! Many thanks to the Roto Rooter team for such a pleasant experience.

This review is on behalf of my mom, who doesn't have a google account. Her name is Gwen Kline. On April 25, 2026, she had an emergency plumbing issue, (2 days after her mother (my grandmother) had passed away), and had called at least a dozen if not more plumbing services that were supposed to be 24/7 services and all were either closed or booked for weeks. We were trying to go with local businesses but it just wasn't working out and she was becoming more and more dejected. We found Roto-Rooter's contact info, called, and immediately we were able to talk to someone and had an emergency call out. The service technician, Robert Hensley, was there within an hour and got right to work. He figure out the issue pretty quickly and got us fixed up within a couple hours. For such a stressful time, and having a plumbing issue come up, we were so thankful for Robert to be able to get it done so quickly for us. Sorry it has taken us so long to get this review written. It has been a stressful past couple of months and we are just not able to get it done. Robert was really great and eased my mom's mind when she was unbelievably stressed out. We will definitely be using Roto-Rooter in the future. Thank you all so much!

We recently experienced a plumbing issue for which we contacted Roto Rooter. In less than 45 minutes Rodolfo arrived at our home and within 10 minutes expertly assessed the situation and provided real-time guidance and reassurance. He not only fixed the issue at hand, but gave us a step by step plan to avoid future problems. We are beyond impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism he displayed and will be certain to contact Roto Rooter in the future if we should ever require plumbing care in the future. I had a very disappointing experience with Roto-Rooter. We hired them to fully clear the drain line in an apartment we manage and paid $895 for the service. The technician assured us the job was completed properly and that we would not have any further issues. Within three days, the tenants reported that the toilets were not working again. A second visit lasted only about 10 minutes and resulted in no real solution—just a recommendation to replace the toilets, which was not appropriate. A third scheduled visit was missed entirely, with no communication. During the fourth visit, a different technician finally used a camera and discovered that the line was still heavily clogged with debris and possibly cement—something that should have been identified and addressed from the beginning. This technician also confirmed that the previous work had not been done correctly, including improper installation. As a result, we experienced a major water leak that caused water to pour into the unit below, forcing us to shut off the water and relocate the tenant to a hotel. Now we are being told the repair will cost an additional $5,000 for an issue that should have been resolved during the initial service. This experience reflects poor workmanship, lack of proper diagnosis, and very unprofessional service. I cannot recommend this company.

Really impressed with Roto Rooter (especially the work from Noah!). He was professional, kind and super efficient! He explained things carefully and really took the time and pride to take care of our issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Shoutout to the manager Bryan who provided incredible service and truly made an effort to take care of our plumbing concerns. Thank you!
