Vilma is one of the kindest and most professional owners we’ve met. Her groomers are tops! Shannon is our regular . She always follows our directions, and Lola come back to us looking beautiful! Andrea , Vilmas show dog groomer , fills in sometimes and she has done things that we’ve kept , like let her ear hair grow. We’re thrilled to have Shampooch as Lola’s groomers!
We love Shampooch Pet Salon! We take our sweet dog, Eddie, every three weeks whenever we're in town, and they consistently do an amazing job. Andrea is wonderful with him and always takes such great care of him. Eddie is a Chinese Crested Powderpuff, and his coat requires regular grooming to keep him looking his best. Every time Andrea finishes with him, he comes out looking so handsome, clean, and perfectly groomed. One thing we especially appreciate is how reliable they are. They are always on time, professional, and make the entire experience easy and stress-free. It's clear that they genuinely care about the pets they groom. We highly recommend Shampooch Pet Salon to anyone looking for exceptional grooming and caring service. Thank you, for always making our Eddie look so handsome!
I've been bringing my dogs to Shampooch for years. They listen to how I want my dog cut and always deliver exactly what I've asked for. They treat my dogs with love and kindness. When my last dog was old and dying, but we weren't ready to say goodbye yet, they groomed her with care and compassion. I highly recommend Shampooch!
Have been a patron for nearly 13 years, starting with previous dog and previous owner. Obviously, I am well satisfied. I always have the same groomer and everything has always been done exactly as requested. Never shopped for price as any small savings, if there were any, wouldn’t be worth the trauma of changing.
My two Shih Tzu's love going to Shampooch. They are always look extra adorable when I pick them up. I’ve been a customer for a really long time and have recommended them to so many friends. A true keeper!
