Attempted to make an appointment. Was told they would look into my insurance and get back to me. Sent the copy of the card immediately. Called and texted a couple of times with no response. When someone did call me they said they immediately wrote me back and told me they did not accept my insurance. I have a copy of the text chain and no one wrote me back. The woman on the phone rather than apologizing that I hadn’t received the message just argued with me. Terrible customer service for someone trying to see them for an appointment.

Skin Wellness! What can I say but EXCELLENT!!! I first had an appointment for dry skin on my eyelids. Renee Denewith examined, gave me a prescription for an ointment and followed up. Next visit was for some Facial enhancement and Dr. Wong was just delightful, informative, and highly professional. The office staff is accommodating and professional. Had a whole body scan for skin cancer detection with Renee and once again she was highly professional and knowledgeable. I have only nice things to say about this practice. FIVE STARS!⭐️

Wonderful experience, I was able to fill out the paperwork on my cell phone before my appointment which is nice not to have to show up early to squiggle everything on paper with a clip board balancing on your lap. I checked in and within like 1-2 minutes they called me back to a very nice clean room, I changed again like a 1 minute wait for the Doctor (I was getting an annual skin check) Dr. Vivian Wong did my inspection, she was very thorough, professional, and informative. Her staff was also super friendly. I’m going back for a follow up and also to get a treatment for some red lines on my face. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had the opportunity to go to many Dermatologist in my life due to my skin type. The team at Skin Wellness in Naples are just that, they are truly a team. From Dr. Lavasani and her team to Dr. Wasserman and his team they move in unison with their like kind energy, making sure that every patient is professionally, accurately, and tenderly cared for. Luis, Marcos and Kobi have taken care of me from my recent Mohs treatment and recovery. This trio are quite a treasure within the center. In short, they move as a committed team with like-minded professionals, ensuring that no matter who you get within the office is the best you will find in Naples.

I have had two great visits with Arlene Maserejian for Diamond Glow facial and dermaplaning. Arlene is a highly skilled professional.. She carefully explained the steps to me prior to the treatment, checked on my comfort level and suggested a follow up routine at home with curated products. My skin looks fabulous. I look forward to my next visit.
