I can’t say how pleased we are with That 1 Painter. As you can see our 20 year old stained cabinets look new and modern, and the blue-green backsplash really makes them stand out. I especially appreciate Gigi who ensured things were done right done right and to our satisfaction. She is exceptional , as were Juan, our painter, and now Johnathon, who is a cabinet expert. I have to admit, I was a little nervous when That 1 Painter said the could do the job for 2/3’s the price other companies quoted me. But this time, the best price was also a great job, well done.
Did excellent job with drywall repair and paint job in my condo in St Petersburg. Explained what they would do and followed through. Showed up on time, color and texture matched my existing paint, and left the site spotless. Thanks, Jordan Hoover and Canon!
Jonathan managed the painting project with strong organization and clear direction from start to finish. He made sure expectations were understood, kept the workflow steady, and handled any challenges quickly and professionally. Dependable and reliable. I highly recommend.
They used a sub-contractor to paint my interior. Painters did a good job but comminication with this company was extremely difficult. I ask are you going to spray or roller the textured ceiling? Answer was roller. Then they came in an sprayed. I ask for proff of insurance and workers comp. Took a week and then they send in a sub contractor who would not be covered by their policies. I alerted them before I received my final estimate to one color only being available in a premium paint. They dropped the paint off and complained about the cost. I live in a gated community and needed to know how many days did they expect to complete my work. Went unanswered until I called and spoke with the owner. On my Facebook I was hit with multiple video's that show a mother and daughter being the painters and then I get a sub contractor. Project manager said he didn't receive our color choices. Colors sent along with request for final estimate. No manager came to review work when completed. Textured ceiling repair (which project manage said he would do) was done by the sub contractor . You be the judge.
