Can't say enough how happy I am to have done business with the Nurse Lawyer. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Murphy, in particular, who was not only incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions (especially in the beginning when it felt like I was juggling a million things at once) but also made the whole process feel smooth and simple. I had never worked with a law firm before and didn't know what to expect, but everything was handled so well and efficiently, that after a while, I kind of just stopped thinking about it. There were actually certain points that I had to remind myself I still had a case open. I was also impressed with how quick the case was settled. I suppose it's different for everyone, but I was anticipating having to wait a year or more, so it was really nice to know that the accident I was in is entirely in the past now - as I see myself not really having any ties to the incident anymore. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that not once did I have to meet with anyone in person - not that I would have minded doing so, but just the fact that I didn't have to made me feel more relaxed throughout the case. Like many people, I'm generally busy throughout the week, and when I'm not, I'm catching up on other life-matters, so being able to have my case handled all through phone calls or texts really eliminated a lot of pressure.
