Very long walk from the parking area to the beach but if you can handle the long walk, it's worth it. It's a beautiful beach. We found a few small shark teeth there and some nice shells. But it was a very long walk for my daughter with special needs.
I’ve been to 22 beaches across Fl in the last 6mo and this is one of my favorites for shelling. I found everything except a large conch shell. Lots of sand dollars and some other cool ones. The parking is about .25-.50 mile from the sands of the beach. The restrooms are found in the parking lots. You pay to park via the machine in the parking lot.
Beautiful white sand beach. If you park at the first parking area, it’s a long walk (0.5 mile) to the main beach. There’s a beach area there but you’re looking at the peninsula with mangroves across the water. There’s main beach area has a huge expanse of white sand. Very beautiful!
This beach is amazing. It is worth the walk around or if you go through Lagoon. We went through the lagoon with three kids it was about waist high on the kids. The beach once you get through is amazing.
Would leave a 5 ⭐️ if the parking was closer to the beach. The walking is brutal in summer. When you get there is great. Had a nice long walk.. saw a couple of dolphins pretty near, jellyfish, couple of color-full fish, pelicans, lots of birds. Had a great time
