Took my boys for a haircut. So disappointed. The first genetlemen smelled so strong of weed and clearly was high as a kite. Not sure what happened with my other sons hair but we have never received such horrible haircuts. Used to go to Weezy there and she was amazing. Can't believe how terrible
I am writing regarding my visit last week, Monday March 30th, at your establishment. The barber who attended me, Rio, had a strong smell of marijuana and cigar smoke. I have a medical condition — cannabis hyperemesis syndrome — that makes exposure to such odors extremely uncomfortable and physically distressing. In fact, even the odor of the substance is enough to trigger an episode of intense gastrointestinal distress. Which has happened as a result of my last visit. I have been coming to this barbershop for over a year prior to this incident due to the close proximity to where I live. However, this left me concerned about returning. I value the quality and professionalism of all barbershops, and all customers deserve a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. I request that I be assigned to a different barber in the future and that appropriate steps be taken with this staff member to ensure this does not happen again to anyone. Please understand this is a serious matter. If incidents like this continue, I will escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection channels. I hope the team will take swift action so further escalation isn’t necessary. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
I’ve been with Celso for almost three years and he’s been the best barber I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his clients and his customer service is world class. He gives me confidence and trust in his work and treats it as an art form. I couldn’t ask for a better barber and friend.
