I have been using TruGreen all year and they are horrible. The last time the tech came out he only sprayed half the yard he even looked at the camera when he was spraying. My yard is still 75 percent weeds and with huge bare spots it seems like they are feeding the weeds and killing the grass. My yard looked better before they started. I don't know how other locations are but this one sucks, be warned, don't use TruGreen call some one else trust me you won't regret it. Here are pictures of my lawn and this is from a year of service which cost a 1000.00 bucks. the last picture is of my neighbors yard on the right and mine on the left, you can see the line where our yards meet. We both have the same kind of grass I have a sprinkler system, he does not and does not use Trugreen. All he does is mow it. The service manager said I need to resod with different grass to have a beautiful green, thick lawn. I've asked for my money back and they offered a free spray. LOL like that's going to help. I'm currently starting the process of suing them in small clams court to get my money back. I can't stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are plenty of other ones that do a great job.

Tony the Lawn care specialist provided me with great insight regarding the application that he performed. He also provided me with good tips to improve my lawn.

We have been dealing with a massive worm problem for 7 weeks now. Despite countless calls, messages, sending photos and videos, the company has not responded. Our pool and patio are full of worms - it's disgusting and completely unacceptable. What makes it worse is not the problem itself, but the total lack of service. Mistakes and issues can happen, but ignoring the customer entirely and refusing to give any feedback or support is deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. Wesley's behavior shows zero responsibility toward his clients. Absolutely not recommended.

When I lived in michigan , I had TruGreen and they took care of my lawn and property for 22 years , when I came to florida , I had a tough time, With other landscaping companies , so I turned to TruGreen And they have taken care of me in spectacular fashion each and every employee has been pleasant, knowledgeable and hard-working. I recommend them to anyone who has ever wanted a beautiful lawn and property.

PET PARENTS BEWARE!! We only signed up with this company for two reasons: 1. We were assured the products they use are pet-safe and environmentally friendly. 2. We were told they could eliminate our Florida snow infestation. I now know both of those claims were false. The screenshot below even shows the technician’s notes regarding the weeds, proving they knew the issue wasn’t being resolved. We essentially paid for a service that did nothing. But the worst part is that the chemical exposure almost killed our dog. And no — we did NOT allow her on the lawn while it was wet. Our 75-pound Doberman suddenly became extremely lethargic, collapsed when trying to stand, lost control of her bladder for hours, and later began vomiting. After an emergency vet visit and a follow-up with our primary vet, we are still having to monitor her very closely. We were told her liver bloodwork is elevated and could remain a concern for the next 4–6 weeks. At minimum, we’re facing additional bloodwork and vet visits while hoping and praying she recovers fully and doesn’t get worse. To make matters even worse, I began contacting TruGreen around 7:00 AM this morning (Friday) and was told a manager would call me back within 24–48 hours — or by Monday. Absolutely unacceptable. This has been a terrifying and horrible experience.
