I just switched to Wicklund this year and I am so happy I did. Everyone I have been in contact with is very kind and incredibly punctual in their responses. Particularly Karen and Wendie were both patient and supportive in their thorough responses to my questions. Additionally, their rate was significantly better than another firm I worked with previously. Working with Wicklund has made tax season less stressful! Thank you and so appreciative!

Reyn and his staff at Wicklund CPA are true professionals and always responded quickly to keep us informed of the status of our tax return. They’ve helped us throughout the years with our trust taxes but this was the first time we asked them to help us with our individual taxes. Karen was so friendly and answered all our questions and helped guide us using the tax dome app for the first time. I highly recommend them !!!

We are very pleased by the service received in preparing our Joint and our daughter's tax documents. Quick and efficient time in completing our tax papers. We would have picked up and completed everything sooner if it were not for the Kona Low storm. Fees were very reasonable. We are grateful for our former CPA Kiyoshi Takenaka's referral to Wicklund Financial. I am sorry again for not being able to use our portal to get our documents to you. Like I said earlier, I am not comfortable or capable of doing things digitally. Calling or bringing everything to you personally is the best way for us. Though there was a transition with a new account representative and with daily operations using a new accounting business technology platform, our firm was still able to successfully work with our assigned CPA and get things done. They were quick to return email inquiries and their communication was clear and helpful. We appreciate their support and we know we can count on them in the future.

Procrastinated as usual, submitting my forms a little late and they finished it a little over a week! So quick and easy, all I had to do was upload pictures of my W-2 and they did the rest! A few signatures at the end and everything was done. I truly appreciated how quick & efficient things were, the app definitely made that communication easier. 10/10, will definitely be going with them in the future.
