So grateful for gluten free & dye free options! We stop in for cupcakes periodically, this time I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was delicious!
Got 14 gluten free cupcakes for my mom's birthday of varying flavors. She was tickled!! Our one critique is the icing is VERY sweet for some flavors (chocolate and salted caramel, chocolate, and vanilla). The cakes themselves were phenomenal. I personally LOVED the strawberry icing. Seems to be made with real, fresh strawberries as I swear I saw strawberry seeds mixed in and the flavor is true to real strawberry, not the fake strawberry flavors you might get from extracts. We didn't eat all of them so I got Desert cups from Hobby Lobby and froze then individually so mom can grab one at a time from the freezer when she has a sweet tooth and doesn't have to have a bunch out that may go stale before she can eat them all. Will definitely be a repeat customer for those occasions Mom joins us and highly recommend!
We visited the bakery around lunchtime on a Wednesday, but the gluten-free section was empty. I was informed there were GF vanilla cupcakes in the back, so I ordered one with lemon icing. My mom wanted the brown butter bourbon cupcake, and my daughter opted for two macaroons. All of the options were delicious. I just wish I had the opportunity to try different items.
Wildflower is absolutely one of my favorite places. Their vegan chocolate cake is AMAZING. I've ordered three cakes from them and have not been disappointed. They do beautiful work and will work with you to make sure your order is perfect. The staff is absolutely amazing as well. They helped me out in a pinch recently with a dumb mistake I made. Next time I'm in Greenville I'll be sure to stop by so I can thank them properly for their kindness. The staff also remembers each person who comes in and even remembered my sprinkle preference! If you order a cake from here, you're in good hands.
Very cute and quaint cupcake 🧁 shop. You feel like you are walking into a French pastry shop. You can order delicious cupcakes and they also have GF and vegan options. They also have beautifully decorated French macaroons that are gluten-free. Staff is very friendly!
